SPL? SQ? or both, do you know Pete?

SPL........Bass Race...Db drag dosn't have there version of SQL going yet. Have you ever tryed Bass Race. Install mean's nothing, haveing a "high spl score" mean's nothing. It's bracket raceing (120-129.9---130-139.9) for any given class a score ending in a 9.9 is perfect. It's about skill of controling the volume and reaction time.

Well thanks anyway, but my system is not geared for SPL in any way/shape/form. Have fun and good luck!

They also have a class 119.9 and down. A lot of guy's with stock system's run this class.

Why, Because you don't have a 10 cubic foot raw(uncovered) mdf box ,non mounted amplifiers with exposed wiring throughout the entire vehicle??? What is your problem Andy ?? You better keep up with the times .

Well, I would say 60(10cf per sub) but I don't think you have room for that. And get rid of the ".." stock drop ceiling and add more sub's...maybe 4 more. You could also gain more port....BIGGER IS BETTER

The van isn't extream class, should be able to remove the "drop ceiling" after all it wasn't factory. The rule's say you can't make smaller....nothing about bigger(provided it's with in the "SKIN" of the van....the raised roof IS part of the skin. Talk to Wayne,it's probley OK.

Posted by TEAMTL on 08-31-2007 11:26 PM:

no I am curious as to what you DB score was. I would think that would have been one of the first things you would have shared with us. 130, 140, 150, 160?

152-153db we are desining a new box to run at reginals. still the goal is 160 in the silver van my single cab truck does it. but the silver doesn't yet but it will.
