pioneer avh-p5000dvd error please help!

I have had this unit installed in my car for about 1 year now. Just the other day a error message started " caution screen image may appear reversed." I do not have a rear camra or anything and never have had. Can someone please help me with this?

Page 46 will tell you how to turn the back-up camera setting off if you havent already.
