I'll tell you what...as far as food goes....I guarantee you if I made you a steak on my Weber youy would be in love. My ribs are pretty damm good too. Actually...I can  admit it....I do most of the cooking in my house. My wife can cook that's not the problem...I am just better at it.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us That's pretty close to the one I have. The best grill on the market for the money....Hands down. I have had mine for almost 10 yrs and only had to replace the ignitor that was only $11....I would love a bigger one but I need a good excuse to give the wife. The damm thing is in perfect shape. Not a spot of rust anywhere and it stays outside all winter here in the northeast.

can I come over? Yes I do the wood chips soaked in water. IMO...I think the chips might be waste of time. I need to buy the weber charcoal grill for when I'm not in a hurry. I don't think you can beat the taste. Or even one of those with the offset firebox that you can actually throw a few logs in. Damm I'm gettin hungry again.

Posted by sicaudio on 04-23-2011 09:24 PM:

mine has the offset firebox, i would never have any other kind after using this one for so long... i can maintain 225 all day long and only need a handful of water soaked chips :)...come on over..just BYOB...btw...i did the brisket Memphis dry rub style with baja citrus mopping sauce to tame the hickory and apple wood smoke :)
