Bio/Description:
I have been in the car audio game for a while now. I have yet to get a job in the field, mainly because you have to have worked as an installer to be an installer. Does not really add up to me, but what do I know. I have 2 vehicles, a 99 mustang and a 1950 pontiac. I have toyed with the mustangs system for a while, but I am about to just rip everything out and do a full install in the pontiac. I have way to much audio equipment just lying around, so whatever I dont put in the pontiac will be sold on eBay probably. Below is a list of equipment I have, and a list of equipment that will go into the pontiac. Pioneer DEH-7800 deck JL e1800d mono amp Rockford Fosgate T10001bd mono amp Orion H2 15.4 DVC sub JL 10w6 ( I have 3 of these) Some 12" Pioneer subs. (I dont know what they are but they are trash. A buddy gave me them because he was gonna just toss em after getting new subs). I have 2 of these. Xtant 121m amp. (I have 2 of these.) Alpine type R 12's (I have 3 of these) I have a few other things, but this can give you an idea. The pontiac install will have: (3) JL10w6's in a seald enclosure. (1) JL e1800d running the subs. (@2ohms 900w'ish) (1 set) FOCAL 690CA1 6x9's (1 set) Focal Access 165a 6.5" w sep. tweeters (1) Xtant A4004 4 ch. Amplifier (1) Pioneer dEH-7800 deck Hope to get some pictures soon. I am in the process of an overhaul on this car but for the most part it is done. It needs an exhaust and interior, but I did not want to do the interior until I start the install of the system. I will build around that.
