Definitely "old school". (52 yr. old) Hobby status box builder. with a carpentry background, a love of great sounding music, constantly learning about making sub boxes sound good has been fun. my bro's who have had me build their boxes love them. i don't cut corners and the resulting sound is the proof. being in flint means being unemployed lately, so to occupy my time i have been building boxes for friends. i have built a few over the years and seem to have a knack for it. keeps me going. just learning about this site and having gleaned much knowledge already and using your cubic feet calculator i thought i might as well take the next step. sign on! so here i am.
