 Thinking back in time...

I was just, wondering what ever happened to that JBL A6000GTI AMP you said you purchased brand new for $1,000.00? I remembered you posting a thread about purchasing this amp back in July of this year, and was wondering what ever happened to it??

Electrical system could not keep up with amplifier, ended up selling for what i paid for it to a guy in lenior. Now i see why it sold for as much it did, also i had found out that one of the channels didnt work. The amplifier needs about 5 or 6 batteries behind everything, i have 6 of them but they couldnt keep up with the current ( they werent batteries meant for audio. That amp is a power hog, very nice and many options but shouldnt be used unless you have the proper electrical system plus i ended up getting a us 6000 which i believe is working better than the a6000gti, also the us 6000 is sooo much cleaner than the jbl amp as well as puts out 6000 rms out at 1 ohm at 12 volts which gives you the option to run it at 1/2 ohm for short periods of times as well as running it on a higher voltage will improve the rms greatly.

Well,I just remembered that monstrosity of an amp that you said you purchased,so that is why my curiosity was still running wild.

Good luck with your system, and chosing the US amp was a wise choice. Take care bro..
