 Need Help Picking Passive Equalizer

I'm putting in a new system with the following sets of speakers. I took two signals off of the factory amp and run them through an Audiocontrol LC08 Line Output Controler and will need to eq that signal before it goes to my 4 channel amp which drives the door and rear deck speakers. The signals I am summing look like this: Front door signal. 0 - 100hz rolling off at about 120 Rear deck signal: rolls on starting at 100hz and from 120hz it's fully established and goes to 25k So.. when I sum the two I get 0 - 25k but that area between 100 and 120 is going to be a bit messy so I figure I need to use an equalizer on it. Any ideas on which pre-amp equalizer to use? Thanks.

You may have just posted it backwards but the way it reads is that you'll have all bass in the front w a 1/3 octave rolloff and the signal that creates almost the entire soundstage in the rear! Sound like you may want to flip flop those because no amount of eq'ing will please you here. The ability to eq greatly improves system response however I dont think you'll sound that bad if you just flip front and rear.

Wish I was better with knowing about outboard eq's. I'm fortunate to have 13band eq in my headunit. I'm sure someone will pipe in.

I guess I did state that a little confusing. I'm grabbing signal off the factory amp which has eq'd the signals. In this car they put all the bass in the door speakers and used the more full-range speakers in the rear deck as filler. I guess that's the way they're doing the sound stage these days - as opposed to the days when the bass was set up to come from behind you.
