playing DVDs while the car is moving?? HELP (Alpine IVA-D900)

Hello everyone, I'm planning to buy the Alpine IVA-D900 system but I wanted to know if there is anyone who bought this system and can offer some input regarding how good is it? secondly, It seems that the system has a wiring connection with the foot and parking brake to prevent it from playing DVDs while the car is moving...is there anyway to by-pass this feature? someone told me that any installer can do that, but it is illegal in the states and canada, but not illegal where im at right now (Kuwait).... please provide any input regarding this interlock brake thing and how i can overcome it. Thanks

Hey, bypassing the ebrake thing is real easy. It comes with two wires, one from the head unit, andone from the brain, if there is a brain at all. Just ground out both wires, or the one if you have an all in one. On mine, the light green wire was the one I had to ground. Good luck
