need the breakin period for the 2002 model L7 15" ne help is greatly apriciated

I think that it will break in with time. I know guys that will leave a sub running all night at low volumes. I normally break them in by playing to and from work and mid level volume before pumping up the volume to see what they can really do. However, I have also installed subs that were immediately put to the test and withstood the beating but sounded like poop. I my opinion only time (about a month) playing a good variety of music will break them in. They really do sound better with time.
