Best amp for a clean Thump!!

Hey guys! I'm putting together a system in my Mitsubishi Pajero here in Brazil. I am going to put a Kicker CompVR 8" in the back, along with others... I need the trunk space, and I really like the clean bass I get from 8" subs. As for my amp question, I need a small amp that will drive my sub well? Kicker CompVR 8" 8" subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils » frequency response: 30-500 Hz » power handling: 50-200 watts RMS » peak power: 400 watts » sensitivity: 83.1 dB » top-mount depth: 4-1/4" » sealed box volume: 0.4-1.8 cu. ft. » ported box volume: 0.8-1.2 cu. ft. » warranty: 1 year I just want to have enough power to use the sub to it's best. Would this 2-channel Bridged Amp work??? Pioneer GM-3200T Specifications Peak Music Power 300 Watts Number of Channels 2 Load Impedance Capability 2~8 Ohm (Stereo) 4~8 Ohm (Bridged) Continuous Power (4 ohm) 60W x 2 Continuous Power (2 ohm) 75W x 2 Continuous Power Bridged (4 ohm) 150W x 1 Frequency Response 10Hz ~ 50 kHz Total Harmonic Distortion 0.008% Signal-to-Noise Ratio >100dB Any help is greatly appreciated! :)
