 12 Volt constant not found...

I just installed a pioneer deck in my RAV4 but the stupid 12 volt constant wire (the yellow one) is only outputting .33 volts. Everything else is cool, but i lose all memory functions on the deck without this wire. I tried to tap in to the cigarette lighter but it doesn't have a 12 volt constant wire either. Is a fuse blown or am i missing something? Any other suggestions for 12 volt constants? Thanks

You could run a wire directly from your battery for your constant

fixed it! i actually blew a fuse that i thought wasn't blown when i previously checked it out. Upon previous inspection, it was blown fo sho. Stupid little thing cost me 4 hours of troubleshooting. Oh well, working fine now :)
