 Happiness galore.

Just got my X1200.1 in the mail. It shows wear, being used, but it still looks really clean. My first 1KW+ amp, that is actually making power..Can't wait to see what it does to my Type-Rs.

That's how I felt when I bought my Ininity 1211a. 1300rms at 2ohms. BOOM!!!!

I was always used to the 400-800rms range.

Good Luck

Yeah, I got lucky. smgreen linked me to a forum filled with quite a few PG fans. Found one for 325. It has some scuffs, and two nasty dings, but the seller was honest about those up front, and even provided pictures. *shrug* So I took a slight hit in cosmetics for an honest buy. Hooking it up in my friend's car tomorrow. Just to get a feel for it. I've heard 900 feeding three tens, 500 hitting two sets of twelves*two seperate amps*. But, I've never personally been in a car with 1200 watts hitting two very potent subs. I'm excited.

.....Damn. Not too bad coming from an antique HU with like...2 volt out. Haven't hooked it up to my HU yet. That'll be a real good test. My friend's car has wiring already ran, so we used it just to get an idea. His highs and such are off the HU, so I couldn't get the bass to the subs the way I wanted without murdering his speakers. No HP or LP filters, seperate woofer volume, etc. However, "Late Night Tip" made stuff hanging off his mirror dance in a way I've never seen things dance.

Holy freaking crap. Hooked up to a nice HU...those things were vicious. What was nice, they still sounded like a double bass set-up at full volume.
