 my delima

ok heres my delima, i drive a regular cab 95 ranger but still love bass, what sub or subs do u think i could get, its pretty tight behind the seats in this thing, i was thinking about either 3 jl w3v2 8" woofers or maybe 1 10 w6v2. i know the 8s wont play as low but i dont know. which would be louder? oh and the last kicker is my amp is rated at 400watts in 4ohm bridged or 200x2 in 2 ohms. thanks for any help or advice

you dont need too much bass for a truck cause most trucks cabs are smaller than that of a regular car... i think you would be fine with two 8's but try crutchfield.com, they have a section where there are subs w/ enclosures specially made for certain vehicles. good luck..
