 Monoblock for my 5512

I'm looking at getting a MTX 5512 (300W RMS) sub and really confused about the monoblock to use...also looking at adding a 5510 next month so would not like to change the amp or add a new one... Something good and not too expensive?

Dual or single voice coil for this sub and the next sub because it will play a big part whether or not the amp will work with the next sub you'll buy

two single voice coil 4ohm subs will match your amp at the 2ohm minimum load, or one single dvc at 2ohms

Thanks...was thinking of the Alpine V12 series (MRD M1005 or MRD M605) or the MTX 6001...are they good? Any others that you would recommend in the same price range?

Hey...one more thing; should I go with the MTX 5512 or the Kicker CVR 152?...the only problem I see is that the Kicker has only dual coil which would mean I cannot get 2 subs to my mono at a later date; right?

if you get the Dual 2ohms then you can wire two subs in series so your amp will see the 2ohm load.

the kickers give you the best bang for your buck and IMO the kickers are alot better in sq aswell
