but the car wont start at all? or it wont remote start?
i dont see any special notes on the ignition of that car, in fact it dosnt require any 2nd or 3rd ignitions.
it does require a Key-Sense Wire that should be getting Ground when Remote Started, that may be your problem because from factory it has a kill switch, and you should connect that keysense to the Status Output (-) of the Alarm when remote started. that wire on the car should be Blue/Red at the Steering Column, and you should also connect the Factory Arm & Disarm wires to the alarm
ive seen some problems with people installing alarms and/or amplifiers in cars that have most of the ignition circuits controlled by the computer of the vehicle, because theyr so fragile any spark or short or any inproper connection of some wires going to it, to fry those modules.

the 2000 and later Galants are equipped with a Transponder Micro Chip Key, with its patented Immobilizer system just like the evo's, what happened was we wires it without knowing that info on this and now the ECM is messed up did have the key sense wired but that wasnt the problem, i now need a new ECM and Immobilizer unit about $1500 in the trash

turns out one of the wires that is a similar color of the door trigger wire was some how connected to the ECU transmission control and with a little current through dome light supervision the ECU was fried.
