Anything is possible. Especially in your rear deck. Go into your Trunk and take a look. See if there is anything underneath your factory speakers that might get in the way. if there isnt you have more like 2 1/2 feet instead of 2 inches. if there's something in the way see if it can be moved or trimmed to fit. Really you could put a couple 10" subs in the rear deck if you wanted to. All just depends on how you wanna do it. Unless of course your talking about tweeter protrusion (how far out the tweeter sticks up) Its still the same concept you just have to clear a space.

Funny Thing though. I did a quick Search @ crutchfield. They show 6-1/2's for your front doors but 6x9's in the rear deck. Its supposed to be the same for all the 02 accords. Id definitely check on that.

yeh I know i also check with crutchfield and they told me if i wanted i could also place a pair of 6-1/2 in there but just not the infinity because of the problem that i would have with the mounting depth, also in all reality how to you get a good install on a pair of 6-1/2 in a 6x9 location.the problem that I will have to confront is the tweets pretrunding a little too much.also do i need a speaker adapter kit inorder to place the 6-1/2 in the 6x9 location.
