 i got a big prob

ok i get massive road noise. i have a shiny metal short ground spot. my rca cables are brand new. they are the monster rca cables. i have a noise filter . WHAT is the problem. i have did ever thing you can possible do. i cant get rid of it. could it be the cd deck?

Otherwise, best thing to do is disconnect things one at a time until you isolate the problem.

well i have a 100 watt p.a horn and 4 dayton mids that i hook up to a old ass AUTOTEQ 400 watt 4 channel amp. and through the speakers i get a whinning nosie. the nosie gets louder as i gas it. no matter wht amp i hook up omy car i get the same results. whinning noise. i bought a noise filter and that doest work and i got a really really good ground. ad brandnew rca monster cables. i dont know wht the prob is
