 Amp Protection

I am installing two amps and want to know what in-line amperage protection I should have.  I have a Boston GT-40, which has two internal 25 amp fuses and a Boston GT-24, which has three internal 25 amp fuses.  Should I exceed the combination of the two by a little bit or try to match it?  Thanks.
