 amp wiring question

i am wanting to bridge a 4 channel amp down to two channels, which i know how to do. but i have two 15" subs, and i got them bridged to 2 ohm, so i only have 1 speaker  wire to hook to the amp, i didnt know if there was a way to bridge a 4 channel into a 1 channel or not. i could un bridge the speakers and have two channels, but i like them bridged so any help would be awesome. my amp is a mitzu audio power explosive 2000 watt. i know its not top of the line but is it decent? and my subs are ma audio 900 watt peak 15"s     thanks

Can you bridge a 4 ch to one?...

There is probably an electrical wizard (read: engineer) out there that could tell you how to bridge a 4 channel amp to one, but it would require an external circuit to invert one channel.

So in other words, no.

Besides - that amp will produce the most power at 4 ohms bridged, and it sounds like you have 4 ohm subs.  Bridge the amp with one sub per bridged channel and you're as good as you can be.

As far as quality of the amp -- I hate to break it to you, but Mitzu is probably the lowest of the low on ebay.  Down there with Cuspid.  Those amps make the $100 Pyramids look pretty impressive.
Is that an MPA-2201? It looks like that amp has a 15A fuse which tells you it's not going to produce much more than 150w rms.

MA subs -

Not a fan myself -- They'll work, but they won't do much with 75-100w each.

 okie dokie

ill bridge it the way you mentioned. ive never really owned any high end stereo equip. mostly pioneer, jenson, and some other even crappier stuff. yeah ebay sure makes those amps look impressive. yeah its a mpa-2201. as for ma audio, i got the subs cheap and theyre good enough for now. i had a small 200 watt amp hooked to them earlier, and they hit awful good for that lil junky amp. so hopefully the mitzu will be good enough for what i gave for it....well for future use what kind of subs, amps, and reciever do you suggest. i need the best quaility for the cheapest price. i like audiobahn, but couldnt afford them this time. thanks for your info.

well  i hooked up the new amp and of course it sucked. my cheap walmart vr3 400 watt amp hit way harder, and i only got 200 of it run to my 15"s. so the mitzu aint gettin used...how is boss audio? is it ok. i need like a 1500 watt amp for about $100-$200. thanks for info..
