New Car- got a water leak....

The car is a 2001 mercury mountaineer (explorer) and its been raining the past three days and i have not been driving it. The headliner is soaked from the right rear window back to the cargo area, lots of water. I thought maybe it was the sunroof, but its not wet anywhere around there. all the windows are up. I was thinking its the luggage racks, tomorrow im gonna take off the racks and use liquid gasket to seal them. Any other advice, and anyone that owns one have this problem?

every little place water can get it, it will. make sure you fix it because it will rust before you're eyes. get all the moisture out too.

Found the problem, someone obviously tried to break in the right rear door, and had slit the weatherstripping at the top of the door. Put a bead of silicone around it and no leaks.
