 Tv Tuner

So how about this. So with this entire digital tv thing does this mean that if I buy a car tv tuner it wont pick up the signal. Or is that somhow exepemt or a different system than standard over the air broadcast?

Analog TV is transmitted in a manner similar to radio. Normaly, there are two kinds of TV SystemNTSC and PAL.NTSC is a video signal standard used by the color television industry in the United States and Japan. PAL is a video standard used by the color television industry and is the common standard used in Europe.
