 PPI Art 600.2 true RMS wattage?

Anyone know what the true RMS wattage of PPI Art series amps have been measured at?  I haveread ovcer and over that they are way underrated.  How is it measured?  Is it a meter that I could get my hands on?  Anyone have any links?  I am curious what my 600.2 actually puts out, RMS.
