 porting 2 8's

I am putting two eight inch cvrs underneath the back seat  of my truck and was wondering what i should tune a ported box to put them in. I calculated it already with it tuned to 40 hertz but i'm thinking it might be too high. But the minimum response for the subs are 30htz would about 35 or 37 be good?

Yeah, go with the35hz port tune you'll get a smoother/deeper bass response.
