 sound off contest who chooses the songs??

in a sound off contest who picks me songs me or the judges? also how many songs r played to  judge my system??

In IASCA they have their own IASCA disc for judging. they use about 5-12 songs. I suggest you get one (ebay or the IASCA site).

The events here TNESPL [team northeast] has there own disk.and require two full 30 second runs.more if you want to compete higher..

I have a few IASCA disc's. A friend of mine found them on the net and down loaded them. They are MP3's, but good MP3's. One of them is a sound quality test. Its funny because some of the songs are old tv show songs. The cd is the Official Sound Quality Competition CD 2001-2002. Another is the IASCA - Official Sound Quality Reference CD. I use them for tweeking here and there...
