 Question about Bluetooth Hookup

I just bought a pioneer radio a month ago, and I wanted to hookup my iPod touch to the stereo using bluetooth. However, it seems I would have to buy the Cd-BTB200, which is $142-$179. (http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Cd-Btb200-Bluetooth-Wireless-Adapter/dp/B000NMB1GC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1267065572&sr=8-1-catcorr). I was wondering if there was an alternative way to hookup my itouch to my Car Stereo with Bluetooth. I noticed these bluetooth dongles, and I was wondering if they'll work, seeing as my radio has a usb input on it. (http://www.amazon.com/Cirago-Bluetooth-BTA6210-v-2-1-Adaper/dp/B0016JITJ8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1267065798&sr=1-2) Any help would be much appreciated.

u can also sale your radio and get a radio with bluetooth built in like dual electrionics and boss and others out there there are out there

 

but pioneer want to be able to sale you a add on to make it work  ...

not sure if how much the usb on a radio is going to be like a computer i have one on my radio never use it ... but they do make a bluetooth part to plug into the usb all i know is it allows you to download videos and files and music to your phone that is a bluetooth type phone just buy it and try it if it dont work use it on your computer or take it back ....
