Connect iPod to Sony head unit?

Hi everyone, just a quick question. I am lookinjg to buy a new Sony bluetooth head unit which I want to connect to my iPod. I need the head unit to do the work so I beleive I need the iPod interface XA-110iP, right? Well, if so it says I need a unit with compatible "Sony BUS Connection". I am finding it hard to distinguish which ones have this function. Is it the CD Changer port? Or the blue port for the optional Rotary Commander remote? Thanks in advance G

Any way in talking you out of a sony? lol

Thanks mate. Well I usually buy Sony as I'm used to them. I have a ps3, a sony surround sound, hifi and projector in the house so I thought I'd stick with them. I can see you are an Alpine guy, what's so good about them? G
