 Can I run 8-dual 4ohm subs and get a 1ohm load???

I am looking at getting some subs at a really good deal and I have never ran this many subs before can i wire like this and have my amp see 1ohm??? Uploaded with ImageShack.us

my atomic refurbed 1500.1 and i was toying with getting 8 of those x series 10" subs from fiaudio during their black friday sale which would have ran me like 500.00ish...... i dont know cause i still need an alternator and i am starting to think that i need an amp.....
