Whats a good stereo to get for $100?

I need a new Stereo for my 1990 Nissan truck. I want  to spend about $100. What brands do you guys recommend? Which ones should I avoid. Heres a pic of the system the truck came with. Pretty bad ass huh? I bought the truck for 2k from some 90 year old man. Has 50k miles. Photobucket

wow, classy installation of those 4's.
Those must be the new "clear" fiberglass floor pods.

There are plenty of good head units around $100, but you're going to need to spend another $20 or so for the install kit and wiring harness.

damn, the location of your head unit sucks! I remember when the pull out head units were big and I had a pioneer pull out in my 86 pontiac grand am. The head unit was like right in front of the auto tranny gear shifter, so it was such a hassle to first turn off the car in park, then shift it to neutral so that I could remove the head unit!!

I wouldn't go with crutchfield since they're not the best place for low prices. The only advantage to crutchfield is that they include the exact wiring harness, installation kits and detailed instructions for free. Onlinecarstereo and sonic electronix are much cheaper. I think sonic includes the same thing kind of installation kit as crutchfield.

damn no A/C??
