Used Car, Need To Get Sony CD Player To Work - Help!

Hey everybody. I just bought a 1992 Cutlass Supreme with a Sony CD Player (model CDX-M850MP) already installed. Trouble is, it's not working. The faceplate mechanism is at full extension, I can't get it to power up or do anything. I can't detach the faceplate either. I took off the bezel but apparently I need some special tool to remove the unit from it's housing. I have the owners manual and tried pushing the reset button, whereupon I can hear a whirring mechanical noise, but then nothing happens. So what I could use is some suggestions for fixing it, or maybe a site where I could find the special removal tools, or maybe something I could use as a substitute for those tools, or maybe there's some kind of quick fix? Thanks.

any part store will have the deck install kit ...keys ets.. alot of times u can use 2 zip ties...as the keys.. all ya really need is 2 thin skinny pcs of metal...

also almost any shop will just pop it out for free...goto best buy ...tell em you are buying a deck and installing it urself but dont have the keys to get the old deck out.. i bet they will do it free.. takes 30 seconds...
