 Will weilding cable work ok for the power and grd cable on amps?

Any one using it?

sure. I've seen people suggest using it over 0ga brand name wire because it's cheaper. All you're getting with the brand name wire like Monster is that the wire has already been outfitted with the terminal connectors and lengths precut, but you can use welder's wire. You'll just have to do the crimping of the connectors yourself.

I only use welding wire. Weldingsupply.com The cheapest real awg wire you can get IMO. Love that stuff.

big advantage obviously with premade amp installation kits is the wire terminals have already been fastened and crimped for you. Using welder's cable is a lot cheaper and you can choose the custom lengths
