 Audio issue CDE-126BT :-(

hi everyone

i just bought a new radio for my car, the Alpine CDE-126BT and i install everything but i got no sound from any source except for the tuner, the tuner work perfectly but everything else (Bluetooth,iPod,usb,cd) they work i see the time and title and all that stuff but ive got no sound

if someone can help me, it will be really appreaciate

(sorry, for error im french :p)

did you make sure that nothing else is muted?? Or if there is a volume adjustment that it's turned up to an audible level??

Sounds to me like you have an amplfied system (either aftermarket or factory amps) and you are using the power antenna wire instead of the remote turn on wire (use the other blue wire in the harness and you will solve your problem).
