Ideas on this layout?

I have an Explorer Sport 2dr, and I'm looking to fill the back with subs. I'm looking for around 1200RMS when all is said and done. I'm gonna go for a good sized box, and preferably 4 12s, or maybe 2 really good 12s if I can make em look good. Going with a transmission ported box with 2.5-3 cubes each sub. So far I have my eyes on an MTX Jackhammer amp, birthsheets say a hair over 1200RMS, not quite sure which subs yet but I'd like to get close to that 1 ohm load with all 4. Going to be running a 200-250A alternator, and probably either an extra Kinetic cell in back, or a few caps(not sure which is better). Going to compliment them with dynamat and some good 6x8s eventually too but that's easier to decide on later on. I don't have a real definite price ceiling, but I'd definitely like to stay under $1000 but we'll see, just wanted some good sub recommendations, or even amp if there's a better choice out there I just saw the MTX for $250 thought it was a great deal. And yes I'll be upgrading wiring as well, big 3 and all... Anybody have some great proven combos for 1200W on a slight budget?
