Whats up with my sub?

Alright so I installed my subs in a box and hooked everything up in my car and as I was playing some test tones I noticed that one sub seems weaker then the other. They are both 12" kicker L7's 2 ohm dvc hooked up to a single kicker zx1500.1 amp at two ohms like this http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=22#results Any ideas on what would cause this or if it's ok?

well one sub could be broken in while the other is fairly new/stiff, or your box is made incorrectly causing a turbulence in air movement, making a pocket. but its probubly either the broken in theorem or different guage wire? what guage wire u running? and is one sub older than the other?

It's 14 gauge wire and I don't see how it could not be broken in while the other is because I bought them both at the same time and never ran just one of them. I've had them for about 5-6 months and I had them in a crappy box but I had the gain set to zero and usually didn't even run them by disconnecting the RCA cables from the head unit.
