 what to do now.....

well my room is decked out, my living room has a decent system, but since i am 16 i want to redo my 1994 ford taurus gl, i put new deck speakers in but still have to replace headunit and doors. but im not sure what to do for low end, i used to have a ten with a low pass converter off the back speaker and it sounded not that great. any ideas?

How much money are you looking to spend? Do you want a sound quality system or just SPL (Loud bass)?

once you have the head unit in place you won't have to deal with the line out converter (although I'm using one in my SHO and my SQ results are fine).

You can get respectable performance from a good 10 if it's powered/enclosed right. $250-$300 or so for that type of set up if you're doing the installation yourself.
