 Bracing the roof

I need to brace my roof badly. I haven't taken anything apart yet but have some general knowledge of what to do. Thinking of using 1/4" mdf, insulating foam and dynamat. Does anyone have experience or ideas that could help me on this? The rattle is driving me crazy! Thanks.

I braced it a few days ago finally... I ended up using nearly a full bulk pack of dynamat (matting the roof only and no other panels) and several 1/8" thick pieces of flat steel to reinforce under the dynamite. It made a tremendous difference! Not only did it help out with the flex aspect but there is NO rattle at all from the roof anymore. Single matted the entire roof and double matted over the sections where I laid the flat steel.
