 2/4 subs, <$250, 1000W+ RMS, is it possible?

I know half the sound is a result of the enclosure, and I'm gonna build a kickass one...but for the actual subs, just need some recommendations, money's not a big object, I'm just lookin at a 1100~W amp@1ohm so I need a setup that can handle it...I'm hopin it can be done inside of this price range....not lookin for the absolute best, just something that's really loud and dependable....
