folks would you do 2 sundown audio sa 12 or 1 audioque hdc3 12 power by a sundown 1500d v2? any input would be helpful

Personally, I would go with the two 12" SA's simply for the cone area and more sound pressure.. but that's just my opinion.. I guess it really depends on your available space and your opinion of sound quality..

They will work good in either sealed or ported.. I would go ported and tuned around 35HZ, each sub needs about 2 cu. ft..

You could also look up Obsidian Audio subs, they've got about the same specs as Sundown but a little more budget friendly.. Jacob from Sundown built Obsidian Audio and stands behind his products with confidence..
