 Need help with installation!

I have a 2009 Chevy Impala with a stock head unit. A JL audio 13w1v2 subwoofer. A Rockford fosgate punch 55.2 amp and a hi lo converter.. not sure what brand the front got lost but it has 5 wires on top left pos left neg ground right pos and right neg then it has a wire coming out of middle then two rcas coming out of bottom with another wire in middle of those two. Can anyone please help me?
