 I NEED MAJOR HELP GUYS!!

I had a pioneer deck throw my whole system into chaos almost 2 months ago and I still can't get all the loose ends wrapped up to find all the underlying issues. Here's what I KNOW is wrong... the pioneer h/u was bad so I replaced with a kenwood ddx719 because the pre outs were shot on the pioneer. It also fried my boston gt2125 pre outs so it is out being repaired also. Now i took my aq2200 out of the vehicle and put it on a test bench and it was fine for about 2 or 3 mins of playtime. I reinstalled it into my vehicle with one woofer playing at fairly low volume for about 5-10 mins no problem. Everything seemed back to normal so I wired up both subs and completely put it all back together. Put the key in acc and it played ok. Then turned on the car got out and put the back seat up and it goes haywire again (very loud/boomy/staticy signal that is very inconsistent to whatever is playing even at the volume level of 0). I am completely lost on where to go from here. Even my local audio pro's around here aren't sure what it could be looking at it all. I desperately need some help so if you have an idea please let me know, thanks...

I got the amp put back in a couple days ago. The entire PCB had to be replaced because of my head unit that went bad, but fixed like new for $80! I am still getting some strange noises from the sub section (it appears to be) but haven't found the problem. However I have not torn my dash apart again to look for any issues wiring wise. Ive done it about 5 different times since all this went down and Im too lazy for now to do it anytime real soon... Nice to have a working system again though!

Well it seems that the issue may be within the amp pre outs because nothing I do consistently will duplicate it. It will also only appear seldomly at very low/no volume levels. Also went ahead and I am finally replacing my under the hood battery with an XS D3400. I hope those flippin things are worth all the damn hype I've been reading about for the last 2 years lol! May do a before and after demo to see the true comparison from stock to 'the best'.

Well.... The issue with the system has me stumped on what it is, all I know is that it does not do it anymore...Also on the XS Power 3400, nice battery but my charging levels are acting up. Its like the alt isnt doing its job. Start the car goes up to 15v, drive for a few letting it slam then while at full tilt gets down to 12 to 12.2 then will go back up several minutes later between 13.2-14.2...Never did that with my 6 yr old stock Delco lol!
