 Which harness for 1999 323i

I just picked up a 1999 323i for a great price.I want to replace the stock radio with a single din aftermarket Pioneer radio that I have. I want to know which harness to use. It looks like there are two for sale, one that has RCA's in the harness and the other is just a regular harness. http://i.seimg.net/images/4281/big/bw01b.jpg http://i.seimg.net/images/10261/big/met-708591.jpg

Ok, so is that the harness with or without the RCA's,? They both have 17 pin connectors.
