2 runs of 6 awg ok for 1000 rms?
have another question, would two runs of 6 awg wire be enough to support 1000 rms?
yes i know, i should just buy bigger wire like 4-2 gauge and such, but cant afford it atm, but i can get my hands on a second 6 gauge wire kit for real cheap, i know it will help, but im asking is it enough to support the 1000rms, if it is then i will stick with it for a while, until i can afford a bigger wire, i just don't want to put it in and think its alright, crank it then find out down the road stuff is melting, not a big fan of that LOL, so if anyone has any info on this would appreciate it, everywhere i have read, Said MINIMUM 4 gauge, but i was thinking two runs of 6 gauge may be alright
btw, i have done the big 3 with 4awg a while ago, and deep cycle under the hood.
again thank u
