 another amp recommendation

im learning my car audio stuff and have replaced all the stock 88 speakers to kenwoods with a kenwood cd player 50x4. I can turn it up but not enough so i figure i need an amp for my 4 speakers. the fronts are 120 watts each (120+120=240)the back are 180 each (180+180=360)(240+360=600 watts) okay so i know i have 600 watts possible but heres another thing... im gonna add a pioneer 12" 400 watt sub. should i just buy 1 big amp? if so how many channels what to do about crossovers ect ect? and if i do 2 amps how many watts how many watts each ect ect. Please help! buy the way the sub is a pioneer TS-WX121. Thank you. every recommendation helps.
