$ is no problem!
Ok people, I need some help. I'm looking in to putting together a great sound quality system, and money is not the problem.
I've have a Alpine DVA-7996 head unit and the TME-M790 monitor with SPX-177A components (front) on a MRV-1507 and SPR-174A 2ways (rear) on a MRV-T757 and 2 RFD2210 on a MRV-T757, now. As you can see I was in to Alpine when putting this system together. But, the system is almost 2 years old now and I'm looking to rebuild.
I plan on keeping the 7996 and M790 but want to change out everything else. I've been look at either 2 sets of Diamond Audio S600A HEX or Focal 165 W3 Utopia components (front) and Diamond Audio S500A HEX or Focal 136 W (rear) Which way would you go? I've also been looking at a Diamond Audio D7104 (4channel) and a D7402 on either 2 Diamond Audio TDX 12's or 2 Focal 33W's. Guess what I'm asking is, which is better Diamond Audio or Focal? Or, is there something out there that you think is better than then Diamond Audio or Focal's?.....remember $ is no problem!
thanks

Focal... hands down. But they are pricey. Plus there are better seperates out there. Answer back to this and I'll help you design a pounding unlimited $$ system, or a limited $$ system. I want to know what you think of going with some other products. Hit me back, TranceD
P.S. Check out my link to "old school Phoenix Gold amps" and "Kenwood demo vehicle", and you'll see how far back I go.

On which planet? Mars or Earth? I've never seen a $7,000 component set in car audio, maybe in home audio, but never in car audio. I think maybe you had better recheck that price and see if your looking a home audio line my friend. Later, TranceD

Im not sure about Focal,but I do know that Arc Audios "Rainbow" series is around $6000-$7000 for their 6.5 components,Alpine has components you buy one set at a time,hoping youll buy a set for a center channel,and they are around $1500 for just one woofer/tweeter set.
