 EMV and TV Problem

HI, I am located in India and have imported Toyota Aristo- Lexus GS 300. In my car TV system came fitted from Toyota motors when tried to tune the channels, system just tunes one channel which is not clear and the picture moves up and down but the voice is clear. I GUESS THE NTSC TO PAL CONVERTER CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS THE CAR WAS IMPORTED AND ON DISPLAY ITS ALL JAPANESE SO IT MIGHT BE USING NTSC SYSTEM TV SET. Do you have any converter for the TV system. Please suggest which model of converter suitable and how to fit it and from were to purchase online using the credit card. Secondly the same problem is with the I cant tune the FM Radio as it just tunes upto 90 MHz whereas in India fm channels are 102.6 MHz and 106 MHz, So I am looking for converter for the same or any solutions to this problem without changing the original system. MY Car model is Toyota Aristo 1998 Model: e-jzs160-bepdf Engine- 2 jz-ge Vin Number- jz 160-0016275

 Japanese Radio and TV problem

I am in Mauritius.Just bought a japanese Toyota Platz (1.5L manual).I got exactly the same problem as you. For the radio my problem is solved by adding a module in the antenna input. The module shifts the input frequency band to international standards (88 - 108 MhZ).Cost me 1000 mauritian rupees.Installation is very easy. For TV I have got no solution.Have you been able to solve yours ?
