UPDATE - amp & subs Alpine CDA-7893, JBL BP1200.1, Lightning Audio 15" Storm X1 in a 3.25ft3 box tuned to 42hz. Stock Lexus Premium 8 speaker system. (removed 6x9s)

The current setup costed about 600$ for everything. I like the head unit, lots of options. The JBL amp puts out good power and really makes the Lightning Audio sub bump. The box was a rush job, measuring W:35" H:15.5" D:16" I started cutting the particle board at 4 pm, 6 pm came and the sun was coming down so I drilled, glued and screwed it up as fast as possible. Big difference from the sealed cube I had it in before, very satisfying bass. Stock speakers okay for now.

You needed points:) Try to sand the ports edges inside and out so the air moves easy. Round them off as much as you can, it will help in the 30s. Mokapu Elementary School, K-3 grade love those islands lucky man...

Unlike Nova's comments, I think it's sweet you scored some cash for selling that 15! so what if it's a house speaker... that just means it's usually 8ohm... some home speakers would surprise you, lol. nice Lexus man... and sweet enclosure on the Rockfords
