Install Details
Installer:
Joe Arnold
Equipment:
Alpine 9827 Head Unit, Alpine MRP-M450 mono amp, Alpine MRP-F450 4 channel amp, Sony 4x10 2-wat, Alpine SRP 5.25 componets, Alpine SWR-1042D sub, Tsunami 1.2farad Cap.
Description:
This install gallery will consist of photos of the enclosure construction, and the end result. It is a one sub system, sealed box, mdf used for the sub box and plywood used for the side panels and false floor. All structures covered with black carpet. It took about 48 hours to complete, which was about two weeks in real time. I put in a couple hours here and there, getting most work done on the weekends.

I thought about color matching but the trunk lid would have clashed.

It would've been even nicer if you had covered it in carpet matching the interior of the vehicle, very sweet install though.

nice set up...but unless you have an extremely week electrical system you don't need the cap...it's just a bandaid.
