Install Details
Installer:
Myself
Equipment:
Alpine IVA-D??? (the first flip out monitor/DVD Alpine made), Audiopipe AHE-612, Audiopipe TS-V8 x 2, Audiopipe TS-V15 x 1, Hifonics Brutus BX1000D, Audiopipe 0 gage wire (4 Ga pictured) and other Audiopipe Installation accesories.
Description:
This was the first install I did on my truck after I opened the shop. I had upgraded the head unit I changed out the front speakers did a small mode to the rear door panel and this was the first box I ever built. The box wasn't pretty but it did it job. I used Audiopipe's perameters to design the box and the port size (not audiopipes suggested box and port size) box was tuned to 30 Hz and actually shook my truck. Not bad for running 2 Ohms at less then 500 watts.
