Description:
The system starts off with the flagship Clarion DRZ-9255 then runs through 3 Soundstream Reference 300 amplifiers running the CDT active frontstage. One Reference 300 runs the CDT ES-5 midbass drivers, one runs the ES-4 midranges and the last one runs the DRT-26A aluminum tweeters. The 6.5" midbass' are in the doors while the ES-4 and DRT-26A tweeters reside in the kickpanels. The low frequencies are powered by a Genesis Dual Mono Extreme on a set of Image Dynamics IDQv3 10 inch subs.

O'h I forgot 2 mention that my neighbors hate my truck from a 1/2 mile away.I built it for sq & loudness,period.I will regret the day I lose my hearing though.LOL!

I must have too much juice for my system if 130 amp alt works for u.I have a 250 w/4gauge,yellow top & 40 f. cap.2 amps@1600 watts RMS Xtants.

Yes it is but I have the 15f alumapro and yellowtop so i have 0 issues with dimming or anything else.

You must not be familiar with this head unit. This is the Holy Grail from Clarion... Dual Burr Browns, etc. This will run a full 4-way setup. has TA for every speaker. AMAZING headunit.

I dont think that deck does time alignment, ya might want to think about either an JBL ms-8, RF 360.3, or the new PXA-H800 from Alpine...

changed things up. now im running 3 soundstream reference 300 amps to my CDTs active. The aluminums arent harsh at all! soo nice. Also running a Genesis DMX to my subs.

Do the CDT aluminum dome tweets not sound too harsh compared to the silks?Always thought silk sounded smoother but couldn't handle extreme power.NICE install by the way.

They are nice. I did however replace the CDT silks with Aluminum dome and they sounded waaaay better. very good midbass. punchy!
